For your convenience we accept credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
As we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, we request that payment be due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account at any time, please contact us at (262) 419-3566. It’s been our experience that a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
You will be sent a monthly statement. Most insurance companies usually respond within four to six weeks, however, please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Please note that any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and we appreciate your prompt remittance. It is possible to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, however, this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Get the treatment you want and deserve without breaking the bank!
Orthodontic treatment has many benefits — not only will it improve the way your smile looks and feels, it will also improve your dental health and your overall well-being. While the advantages are numerous, the total cost of orthodontic treatment can sometimes deter patients. When you can break the cost down into payments over a year or more, it’s much easier to fit treatment comfortably into your budget. Plus, no interest means no additional amount tacked onto the cost of your treatment plan. Why wouldn’t you want to take advantage of this practical way to pay? We can’t think of any reason at all!
If you have been considering any type of orthodontic treatment for yourself or someone in your family but are afraid of the cost, we can help you afford it more easily. Contact Kewaskum Family Dentistry today: (262) 419-3566
