You will be sent a monthly statement. Most insurance companies usually respond within four to six weeks, however, please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Please note that any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and we appreciate your prompt remittance. It is possible to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, however, this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
