Your first appointment will include a comprehensive examination, digital x-rays and review of your treatment options. The treatment can typically be done or started the same day of your visit. A complex medical history or treatment plan, however, may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide the treatment on another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information during your consultation:

IMPORTANT: Please note that all patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Also, please alert the office if you have a medical condition prior to treatment, such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, or rheumatic fever. Please let us know if you are currently taking any medication, such as heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, or other such drugs.

X-Rays

If your prior dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that be forwarded to our office. If there is not enough time before your appointment we ask that you pick them up and bring them with you to our office. If additional x-rays are needed, they can be taken at our office.
