Meet a Valued Team Member – Jodi

This is one of the reasons why we make sure to have a caring team that will care for and treat your family like their own. One team member that we cannot do without is our office manager, Jodi. We wanted to take some time this month to help you learn a little more about why we love Jodi and what makes her one of our most dedicated team members.
Jodi has been a member of our team since 2005 and has over 25 years of experience in the field of dentistry. When Jodi became our office manager she was not new to the dental field. She had worked for many years as a dental assistant prior to becoming our office manager. Jodi loves being the office manager because each day is a different puzzle to solve. She loves the variety that comes with helping patients as well as handling billing and insurance.
Jodi wants all of the patients of Kewaskum Family Dentistry to know that they picked the right office for their dental needs. Everyone acts like family and treats the patients the same way. Her goal is to help maximize your insurance benefits to get the care you need.
When Jodi is not in the office, you might spot her out and about. She has lived in the area for many years. Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, her family and her many friends. She also enjoys camping, bible studies, and crafting. If she wasn’t in the dental field, she might have opened her own bridal shop. One day, she would love to visit Hawaii.
